By using VigilanceDocs (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following legally binding terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into contracts.

2. Document Access & Restrictions

• All documents on the platform are protected by intellectual property law.
• Documents are provided for internal regulatory and compliance use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display any documents accessed through the platform.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product — immediate, full access to regulatory documents — we offer no refunds under any circumstances. Full previews are provided prior to purchase. You acknowledge that once documents are accessed, they cannot be “returned.”

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

VigilanceDocs is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including regulatory outcomes based on documentation use.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
