We may apply limits to the number of documents or toolkits that may be purchased or accessed by a user or organisation, whether per transaction, per account, or over a defined period of time.

Such limits are enforced at a system level and may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Any attempt to circumvent purchase limits or access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Document Access & Restrictions

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant document or toolkit.
